  2. Tap Send Beta FeedbackInclude a screenshot and a short note about what happened.
  3. Protect private detailsDo not include invitation links, account credentials, or anything you would not want in a support report.

An invitation opens this website

Install Belovi through TestFlight first, then tap the original invitation again. If it still opens Safari, press and hold the link and choose Open in Belovi.

Your invitation expired

Ask your person to open Belovi, go to Us, and share a fresh invitation.

You each started a separate pairing

One person can go to Us, choose Start pairing over, and then open the other person’s invitation.

Delete your account

In Belovi, go to Us → Account → Delete account. The confirmation explains exactly what will be removed before anything changes.

Leave the waitlist

Every waitlist email has an unsubscribe link. You can also write to hello@belovi.app and we will remove your address.
